Shelton Government Consulting has the education and leadership experience in government process improvement to optimize your business processes. While Deputy Secretary for Procurement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Barbara L. Shelton was on the inaugural team for the implementation of SAP software state-wide. Ms. Shelton led the design of the U. S. General Services Administration's Federal Acquisition Service and completed the process improvement and organization design of the new government procurement service in just seven months.
